Taranaki Websites is a small web design and development studio based in New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand. We design and build websites for local businesses, and on the monthly plans we host, maintain and keep improving them. The person you meet is the person who designs and builds your site.

## From first coffee to launch day

Five plain steps, one person you can call the whole way through. No account managers, no offshore hand-offs.

1. **Discover** (Week 1): A coffee or a call in New Plymouth. We learn how your customers find you, what they ask, and what the site has to do for the business.
2. **Design** (Week 1–2): Real pages with your words in them, on your phone, before a line of production code. You comment; we refine.
3. **Build** (Week 2–8): Hand-built and tested on slow phones and old laptops. Accessible, fast and found by search from day one.
4. **Launch** (Launch day): Domain, email records, Google Business Profile, redirects from your old site. We stay on call for the first week.
5. **Care** (Ongoing): On the monthly plans: hosting, updates, backups and small changes, plus ongoing improvements, from someone who answers the phone and lives down the road.
